Connect Your Store
Seeing a customer's orders and purchase history right next to a conversation is one of the fastest ways to give great, context-aware support. Store integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce are on the TixTalk roadmap and listed as Coming Soon in your integration settings.
Not available yet: Store connections aren't live in TixTalk today. This article explains what's planned so you can prepare — but there is no store to connect just yet. Please don't expect order or purchase data in conversations until this ships.
What's coming
Here's the experience we're building toward for store integrations.
Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store from Settings → Integrations, alongside the integrations available today.
Match customers in a conversation to their store profile so their history is right where your agents need it.
Surface recent orders and purchase history — including status, items, totals, and shipping details — within the conversation view.
Give agents instant context so they can answer "Where's my order?" and similar questions without asking the customer to dig up details.
What you can do today
While store integrations are still in development, you can get set up for a smooth rollout later.
Use the integrations that are live now — Slack for routing conversations and Jira for linking tickets to engineering work.
Keep your customer records tidy in TixTalk so matching to store profiles is accurate when connections launch.
Watch the Integrations section in settings; Shopify and WooCommerce currently appear under Coming Soon, and that's where they'll move once available.
Stay in the loop
We'll update this article the moment store integrations are ready to connect.
Check back here for step-by-step setup instructions when the feature ships.
Revisit your integration settings periodically to see when Shopify and WooCommerce move out of Coming Soon.
When store integrations arrive, connecting will be quick — and your team will have order context built right into every conversation.
