Drip Surveys gives you a quick pulse on how your survey is performing with built-in statistics. These at-a-glance numbers help you see whether responses are flowing in and how this month compares.
The metrics you'll see
Total responses — the all-time count of every response your survey has collected.
Responses this month — the count of responses submitted during the current calendar month.
View your statistics
Open Drip Surveys in your Shopify admin.
Look at the dashboard/statistics area.
Read your total responses and this month's responses.
Using the numbers
Track momentum — compare this month's count against your sense of order volume to gauge your response rate.
Spot drops — a sudden fall in responses can hint that the survey was disabled, a plan lapsed, or the checkout block was moved.
Celebrate milestones — watch your all-time total climb as feedback accumulates.
