Installing Drip Surveys

Getting Drip Surveys onto your store takes just a few minutes. The app installs like any other Shopify app: you approve the requested permissions, and it appears inside your Shopify admin ready to configure.

Install the app

Open the Drip Surveys listing on the Shopify App Store.

Click Add app (or Install).

Review the permissions Drip Surveys requests and click Install app to approve them.

Shopify redirects you back to your admin, where Drip Surveys opens automatically.

Drip Surveys needs these permissions to work: reading order details (so responses can be tied to the right order), and writing the survey configuration to your storefront so the checkout extension can display it.

Open the dashboard

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps.

Select Drip Surveys from your list of installed apps.

The Drip Surveys dashboard loads inside Shopify admin (it's an embedded app).

First steps after installing

Create your questions — add at least one question so there's something to ask.

Customize the survey — set the form title, button text, and success message.

Choose a plan — the survey only appears to shoppers on an active paid plan.

Enable the survey — flip the toggle so it starts showing at checkout.

Good to know

Drip Surveys is an embedded app, so everything happens inside your Shopify admin — there's no separate login.
If you ever uninstall, Shopify removes the app's access automatically, and Drip Surveys stops writing survey data to your storefront.
You'll need at least one question saved before the survey can display.
