Drip Surveys is a subscription app billed through Shopify. You choose between a monthly and an annual plan, and a free trial lets you try everything before you're charged. This article covers your options and what a plan unlocks.

Your billing options

Monthly — billed every 30 days at the monthly rate.

Annual — billed once per year at the annual rate, which works out cheaper than paying monthly across the year.

Both plans include the same features — the difference is purely the billing interval and the annual savings.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a free trial period, so you can build your survey, test it at checkout, and review responses before any charge applies. If you keep the subscription, billing begins automatically once the trial ends.

Why a plan is required

Drip Surveys only displays your survey to shoppers when your store is on an active paid plan. This means:

Your survey renders at checkout only while your subscription is active.

If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the survey stops showing.

Responses can only be collected while the survey is live.

Choose a plan

Open Drip Surveys in your Shopify admin.

Go to the billing section.

Select Monthly or Annual.

You're redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription.

Approve it, and you're returned to Drip Surveys with your plan active.

Good to know

Billing is handled entirely through Shopify's secure subscription system — your payment stays on your Shopify invoice.
The annual plan is the most cost-effective choice if you plan to use Drip Surveys long term.
If you have a discount coupon, its reduced price shows on the approval screen before you confirm.

Pick the plan that fits your needs, and remember the survey goes live only once your subscription is active.
