Quick Start Guide
This guide gives you the big picture: from a fresh install to a live Instagram feed on your storefront in three steps. Each step links to a more detailed article if you need it.
Step 1: Install and Connect
Install Drip Socials from the Shopify App Store and approve the permissions.
Open the app from your Shopify admin.
Connect your Instagram account through Meta's secure login. Drip Socials will immediately begin syncing your recent posts and profile details.
See Install Drip Socials on Shopify and Connect Your Instagram Account for full details.
Step 2: Create a Feed Block
In Drip Socials, create a new feed block.
Choose a layout (Squares or Tiles), set the number of columns and rows, and adjust spacing.
Decide whether to show your feed name and profile header, and pick fonts and colors.
Save the block — it's given its own unique identifier that you'll use in your theme.
See Feed Layout and Grid Options and the other Feed Setup articles.
Step 3: Add the Feed to Your Theme
Open your theme in the Shopify theme editor.
Add the InstaPulse Feed block to the section where you want the gallery.
Paste in your block's identifier so the correct feed loads.
Save and preview your storefront.
See Add the Instagram Feed to Your Theme for the complete walkthrough.
You're Live
Once the block is placed and saved, your latest Instagram posts appear on your store and refresh automatically. From here you can:
- Fine-tune the look in Settings
- Add more feeds in different spots
- Track views and clicks on each feed
If your feed doesn't show up, check the Troubleshooting section.
