Customizing Fonts

Typography controls how easy your offer is to read and where the shopper's eye lands first. Drip Discounts lets you set the size and weight of the key text elements in the deal bar so the hierarchy matches your intent and your theme.

The Text Elements You Can Style

Each deal lets you control the font for four distinct pieces of text:

  • Block title — the top-level heading of the deal bar.
  • Bar title — the main title on each individual tier.
  • Subtitle — the supporting line beneath a tier title.
  • Label text — the text inside a tier's savings badge.
  • Setting Font Size

  • Open the deal you want to edit.
  • For each of the four text elements, set a font size.
  • Larger sizes draw attention — use them for the block title and tier titles; keep subtitles and labels smaller so the hierarchy stays clear.
  • Setting Font Weight

Each element can also use a font style (weight):

  • Light — a thinner weight for understated supporting text.
  • Regular — the standard weight for body-level copy.
  • Bold — a heavy weight to emphasize titles and savings.
  • Choose the weight that reinforces each element's role — bold for the headline, regular or light for the details.

    Building a Clear Hierarchy

  • Make the block title the largest and boldest so shoppers immediately understand the offer.
  • Give each tier title clear, medium emphasis.
  • Keep subtitles and label text smaller and lighter so they support rather than compete.
  • Previewing Your Typography

After adjusting sizes and weights, save the deal and open a product page. Check readability on mobile, where text is smaller and screen space is tight. Nudge the sizes until every line is comfortable to read and the offer's structure is obvious at a glance.
