Editing and Deleting Deals
Offers evolve — seasons change, margins shift, and winning tiers get tweaked. Drip Discounts lets you edit any deal at any time or remove it entirely, and it keeps the underlying Shopify discount in sync so your storefront always reflects your latest settings.
Editing a Deal
Open Drip Discounts and select the deal you want to change from your list of deals.
Update any part of the deal — its name, title, layout, pricing option, tiers, styling, or product targeting.
Save your changes.
Drip Discounts automatically updates the matching Shopify discount so the new configuration applies to future carts.
Because edits sync straight through to the live discount, it's worth previewing a product page after any significant change to confirm the tiers and savings look correct.
Renaming a Deal
A deal's name must stay unique within your store.
If you try to reuse a name that already belongs to another deal, Drip Discounts will ask you to choose a different one.
Deleting a Deal
Open the deal you no longer need.
Choose to delete it.
Drip Discounts removes the deal and cleans up the associated Shopify discount and its stored configuration so nothing is left behind on your storefront.
Once a deal is deleted, its tiers stop appearing on the product page and the discount no longer applies at checkout.
Before You Delete
If you only want to pause an offer, consider narrowing its targeting or removing it from the deal bar instead of deleting — that keeps the setup for later.
Deleting is permanent, so double-check you're removing the right deal before you confirm.
Keeping your deal list tidy makes it much easier to manage multiple campaigns and see at a glance what's live on your store.
