Customize Your Widget's Look
Make the chat widget feel like part of your brand. Open your widget and go to Customize to adjust how it looks and greets visitors.
What You Can Change
- Colors — Pick a primary color and text color to match your site.
- Position — Place the launcher in the bottom-right or bottom-left corner.
- Launcher style — Choose the launcher style and set its text.
- Header — Set the header title and subtitle visitors see when they open the chat.
- Welcome message — Greet visitors with a friendly opening line.
Preview as You Go
A live preview updates as you edit, so you can see exactly what visitors will experience before you save. When it looks right, save your changes — they'll apply to your live widget automatically.
