Styling Fonts and the Button

Drip Surveys lets you tune the look of your survey so it blends into your checkout instead of standing out awkwardly. You can adjust font sizes and styles for questions and messages, set the size of the form title, and pick a button appearance.

Font sizes

Several elements let you choose from a range of sizes — extra small, small, medium, base, large, and extra large:

Question font size — controls how large your question text appears.

Success message font size — controls the size of the confirmation text.

The form title uses its own set of size options (from extra small up to extra large) so you can make the heading stand out.

Font styles

Question text and the success message can each be set to a font style:

Regular — standard weight.

Bold — for emphasis.

Italic — for a softer, stylistic look.

Button style

Choose how the submit button looks from these options:

Base — the standard button appearance.

Critical — a high-emphasis style that draws attention.

Monochrome — a subtle, neutral style.

Apply your styling

Open Drip Surveys in your Shopify admin.

Go to your survey settings.

Set the question font size and style.

Set the success message font size and style.

Choose the form title size and the button style.

Save your configuration.

Good to know

Styling applies to both display locations — the thank-you page and the order status page.
The button styles map to Shopify's native checkout button appearances, so they always look at home in your checkout.
After saving, place a test order to preview how your chosen sizes and styles look on a real thank-you page.
