Drip Surveys lets you tune the look of your survey so it blends into your checkout instead of standing out awkwardly. You can adjust font sizes and styles for questions and messages, set the size of the form title, and pick a button appearance.
Font sizes
Two elements share the same list of five sizes — Extra Small, Small, Base, Large, Extra Large:
- Question font size — controls how large your question text appears. Defaults to Base.
- Success message font size — controls the size of the confirmation text. Defaults to Large.
there is no "Medium" option. The value exists internally but is not offered in either dropdown.
The form title has its own separate list of four sizes — Extra Large, Large, Small, Extra Small — and defaults to Large.
Font styles
Question text and the success message can each be set to one of three font styles:
- Italic
- Regular
- Bold
Both default to Bold on a new install.
Button style
Choose how the submit button looks from these three options:
- Base — the standard button appearance. This is the default.
- Critical — a high-emphasis style that draws attention.
- Monochrome — a subtle, neutral style.
there is no colour control anywhere in Drip Surveys. Font size, font style and button style are the only appearance settings; everything else inherits your Shopify checkout branding.
Apply your styling
- Open Drip Surveys in your Shopify admin.
- Go to your survey settings.
- Set the question font size and style.
- Set the success message font size and style.
- Choose the form title size and the button style.
- Save your configuration.
Good to know
- The button styles map to Shopify's native checkout button appearances, so they always look at home in your checkout.
- After saving, place a test order to preview how your chosen sizes and styles look on a real thank-you page.
With text and styling dialed in, your survey will feel like a natural part of your store.
