Know Your Numbers
The Reports page turns your day-to-day activity into clear numbers you can actually use. Open Reports from the dashboard and the Overview tab greets you with the headline metrics for your shop, so you always know how business is trending without exporting anything.
Read the Overview Metrics
Total Orders shows how many orders you've taken in the selected period.
Total Revenue rolls up what those orders are worth.
Total Customers reflects your customer base.
Average Order Value helps you see whether jobs are getting bigger or smaller over time.
Choose a Date Range
Use the range selector to switch between Last 7 Days, This Month, This Year, and All Time.
Every metric on the page updates to match the range you pick.
Compare ranges to spot seasonality and growth, for example this month versus this year.
Review Recent Activity
Scroll to Recent Orders to see your latest jobs with customer, total, date, and status.
Click through to any order to dig into the details.
Use this list as a quick pulse check on what's flowing through the shop right now.
Understand Orders by Status
The Orders by Status breakdown shows how many orders sit in each stage of your workflow.
Spot bottlenecks, like a pile-up in production or approvals, at a glance.
Use it to decide where to focus your team's attention today.
Explore Deeper Tabs
Beyond Overview, switch to the Sales, Customers, and Products tabs to slice your data by what's selling, who's buying, and how revenue is trending. When you need the numbers elsewhere, use the download option to export what you're viewing.
